Uygulama, oyun deneyimini iyileştirmek için yalnızca cihazınızda yerel olarak tercihlerinizi (müzik ayarı, dil, ilerleme, seviye, coin ve gem bakiyesi vb.) saklayabilir. Bu tercihler cihazınızdan dışarı aktarılmaz ve sunucularımızda tutulmaz.
Uygulamanın istikrarlı çalışması, hataların giderilmesi ve reklam gösterimi için aşağıdaki Google hizmetleri kullanılmaktadır. Bu hizmetler kendi gizlilik politikaları kapsamında belirli teknik verileri (cihaz türü, işletim sistemi, uygulama sürümü, dil ve genel konum gibi) otomatik olarak toplayabilir:

Abonelik ile açılan premium içerik ve özellikler dahil olmak üzere uygulamadaki tüm dijital içerik, tasarım, metinler, veri setleri ve bunlara ilişkin fikri mülkiyet hakları uygulama sahibine aittir. Kullanıcıya, yalnızca kişisel kullanım amacıyla devredilemez ve münhasır olmayan bir kullanım lisansı tanınır.
Uygulamada yer alan bazı içerikler ve özellikler, zaman zaman sunucu/altyapı hizmetleri üzerinden sağlanabilir. Teknik bakım, güncelleme, altyapı sağlayıcı kaynaklı kesinti, ağ sorunları veya mücbir sebepler nedeniyle uygulamanın tamamı ya da bir kısmı geçici olarak yavaşlayabilir, kesintiye uğrayabilir ya da içeriklere erişimde aksaklık/eksilme yaşanabilir.
Bu tür durumlarda, sorunların giderilebilmesi için cihazınızda uygulamanın en güncel sürümünün yüklü olduğundan emin olmanız önerilir. Güncellemeler sonrası içerikler ve özellikler kademeli olarak iyileştirilebilir.
Uygulamaya ve/veya premium özelliklere erişim, uygulamanın ilgili mağazada ve/veya hizmet altyapısında yayında kaldığı süreyle sınırlıdır. Uygulama sahibi, teknik, ticari veya yasal gerekçelerle uygulamayı, içerikleri veya özellikleri tamamen ya da kısmen değiştirme, durdurma veya yayından kaldırma hakkını saklı tutar. Bu kapsamda, erişimin belirli bir süre boyunca kesintisiz devam edeceğine veya sürekli erişim sağlanacağına dair bir taahhüt verilmez.

Sort Master respects the privacy of its users. Our application does not collect or store personal data that directly identifies the user.
The app may only store your preferences (music setting, language, progress, level, coin and gem balance, etc.) locally on your device to improve the gaming experience. These preferences are not transferred outside your device and are not stored on our servers.

Various digital advertising and campaign platforms may be used to promote the application and reach new users; these platforms may process technical data under their own policies for measuring campaign performance (app installations, campaign conversions, etc.).
The application offers monthly and yearly premium subscription options. Subscriptions are processed securely through the Google Play Store infrastructure. Your payment information is processed by Google; it cannot be accessed, viewed, or stored by us.
Subscription products renew automatically according to their respective periods. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your Google Play Store account settings.
All digital content, designs, texts, data sets, and related intellectual property rights in the application, including premium content and features unlocked through subscription, belong to the application owner. The user is granted a non-transferable and non-exclusive license for personal use only.
Some content and features in the application may be provided through server/infrastructure services from time to time. Due to technical maintenance, updates, infrastructure provider outages, network issues, or force majeure, all or part of the application may temporarily slow down, be interrupted, or experience disruptions/reductions in content access.
In such cases, it is recommended to ensure that the latest version of the application is installed on your device to resolve issues. Content and features may be gradually improved after updates.
Access to the application and/or premium features is limited to the period during which the application remains published in the relevant store and/or service infrastructure. The app owner reserves the right to modify, suspend, or remove the application, content, or features in whole or in part for technical, commercial, or legal reasons. In this regard, no commitment is made that access will continue uninterrupted for a certain period or that permanent access will be provided.
